By benchmarking against the historical best and industry benchmarks, we have comprehensively implemented the management of performance indicators for all employees, linking each indicator to the performance of all employees. This has formed a responsibility system that covers all aspects horizontally and vertically, promoting the transformation of all employees from "passive execution" to "active action", and achieving a 100% completion rate of the annual list by the end of the year.

Focusing on key tasks in production and operation, we will continue to make efforts in improving indicators, reducing consumption and stabilizing quality, and constantly explore space for energy conservation and tap production potential. Conduct real-time monitoring of production indicators every day, achieving hourly tracking, daily analysis, weekly summary and monthly evaluation, and strive for excellence in small indicators to promote breakthroughs in major indicators. In collaboration with R&D companies, we have carried out research projects such as enhancing the yield of double trihydroxyl and extending the by-product chain for pilot production. We have boldly hypothesized and carefully verified in process exploration and technological innovation, using hard technologies to empower enterprises in terms of efficiency creation.
