It aims to cultivate more high-skilled talents and master craftsmen to meet the needs of economic and social development and the talent construction demands of enterprises.
In recent years, Yihua Group has been deeply implementing the strategy of strengthening the enterprise with talents. With the construction of a national-level high-skilled talent training base as the core, it has relied on the platform advantages such as the Hubei (Yichang) High-skilled Talent Public Training Base, focused on the demands of the green chemical industry, and deeply integrated safety production training with skills improvement training.
