Product Characteristics
It is a strong reducing agent and its water solutionis unstable. it is easy to absorb oxygen and then become being oxidized once exposing to the air and to absorb moisture to cause heat and deterioration, while it can seize the oxygen in the air to cake andemit irritating sour taste.
Applications
1 It is used in the textile industry for vat dye stain reducing agents, reductivewool bleaching agents, vat dye printing auxiliaries, silk scouring and bleachingagents, stripping agents of dyeing and dye vat cleaning agents.
2 It is used as the bleaching agent for the mechanical pulp, thermo mechanicalpulp and de- inking pulp in the pulp and paper industry.
3 It is used as the bleach and food preservative for sugar, candy, candied fruit,caramel, cookies, starch noodles, etc. in the food industry.
4 It is widely used as reducing bleaching agent in kaolin bleaching, fur bleachingand reduction and whitening of bamboo products and bleaching of strawproducts.
5 It is used in the chemical industry as reducing agent.
