Product Characteristics
PBAT, a semi-crystalline polymer, usually iscrystallized around 110℃, and the melting pointis about 130℃, and the density is between1.18g /ml~1.3g/ml. The crystallinity of PBATis about 30%, and the Shore hardness is above85.PBAT, a copolymer of aliphatic and aromaticcompounds, combines the excellent degradationproperty of aliphatic polyesters and the goodmechanical property of aromatic polyesters. Theprocessing property of PBAT is similar to thatof LDPE, and the film can be blown by LDPEprocessing equipment.
Applications
1 Film Packaging Industry: Shopping bags, trash bags, courier bags, cushioningpackaging materials.
2 Agricuture and Forestry: Mulch film, water retention materials, seedling bowlsand seedbeds etc.
3 Disposable tableware, gloves and table cloths etc.
4 3D printing materials etc.
5 Medical Field: Masks and protective clothing etc.
